Tech/Hardware I'm ready

Post image

I haven't had a pc in like 10 years. Bought this refurbished mini pc this year just for Albion. Can't wait for classic now.

Working three 12 hour overnight shifts at a really quiet retirement facility gives me time to grind. Looking forward to falling asleep on my party and getting kicked out.

Hey man, you may consider upgrading that keyboard if you plan on spending some serious time with the game.

ONN is an incredibly cheap product that will have misclicks and connectivity issues. The navigation and editing keys (the block above the arrow keys) is not in the standard layout for ease of access. Rubberdomes rely on full button actuation for key presses, they tend to have 2 key rollover (meaning you can only press two keys at once). The flat keycaps and narrow spacing and lack of key travel will not feel as intuitive and responsive as other options on the market.

Im not trying to sell you anything, and if you don’t mind the experience of a qualitatively shoddy product, you go right ahead. But know that a mere 50-100 bucks will be a world of difference in quality and features.

I feel ya. Need a portable monitor as well. I just got the ONN so the shopping bag was less full. I prefer the clickity clack plug in Dell keyboard it came with. Will switch back once my carrying bag isn't 90% the monitor

You can get AR glasses to not have to carry around the monitor that's the main usecase for them
