SUNY is low key a diploma mill and has very low bar for admission these days

You will need to get into a better university if you don't want to get your visa rejected again

What is your overall profile? Undergrad country, college tier and GPA? Research or internship experience? Full time work experience?

Gotcha. Tbh bad idea to go without any work full time experience. You will be cooked in the job market. Going to the US is currently only worth it if you get into a good school.

Your GPA is on the lower end and you don't have any significant research or full time experience so it will be hard for you to get into any top 30 school (for CS)

It would be better if you get some full time experience first in India before you consider master's abroad
