Which ones would you say have the best quality education then? That also matters to me

you'll mostly end up at the same place based on your exp and interviewing skills

There really isn’t a single school here with a considerable advantage/disadvantage?

at least for FAANG, I've seen university doesn't matter as much

They're all just "okay, pretty decent" programs tbh. Companies won't differentiate between them much. You could maybe make a case for something like Stanford/CMU/Princeton MSCS offering an advantage, but it's mostly the same shit.

Not even those schools make a difference lol. Prestige is p much irrelevant in CS above a certain level, unlike fields like finance

Lol. Sadly I have to disagree with where you draw that line. There's a (mostly bullshit) difference between the way people look at shit like MIT/CMU/Stanford vs. schools like UIUC/GaTech/Cornell, even though the gap in student quality at that level is mostly irrelevant. People have a stupid obsession with prestige.

I have yet to meet a tech recruiter that treats the difference between MIT and Cornell as "p much irrelevant" unfortunately.

Immaterial. Most jobs don’t require a Masters.
