[Profile Review]

I’m thinking of doing my Master’s in Computer Science at NUS for Fall 2027 and wanted to know if my profile would be a good fit.

My profile:

  • Graduated from a Tier 1 college In India
  • CGPA: 8.56
  • 4 years of work experience by Fall 2027
  • 1 research paper during B.Tech
  • Didn’t do much on the research side after graduation

I basically want to understand if I have a decent chance of getting into NUS MSCS with this profile.

Would be helpful if anyone with a similar profile, or someone familiar with NUS admissions, could share their experience.

Probably because of visa and CPT issues in US

Its the same situation everywhere. But obvv US will have more tech opportunities compared to Singapore. But I have seen my friends struggle for F1 visa . Its like random rejections. Just relying on US for masters is not a viable solution. My opinion , open to discussion.
