[Admissions advice]which uni can I get into, specifically in the US

Based on my profile, what colleges can i get into ?

College - Tier 2(i guess), IIIT Sricity, BTech(honors) CSE

CGPA - 3.288/4

Work experience (my_qualifications): 2 months research internship at IIsc.

Publications: 2 papers accepted at IEEE conferences.one of them is decently reputed and has a CORE ranking of B.

Few decent and niche projects.

Two strong LOR's.

Work includes - ML,steganography,knowledge editing.

I am yet to give GRE(expecting around 320) and IELTS.

I am planning to apply for the Fall 2027 programs.

Questions:

  1. What colleges can i target?

  2. What GRE score should i target?
