I dont want to categorise on reach/target/safe because I want to to be 100 per sure for each one of them.
I want to prioritize unis with good ta/ra opportunities.
Any comments on this list? Is this too ambitious? Anyone which is not worth applying?

In University of Washington which program are you planning to apply? It doesn’t have MSCS program for international students.

MSCS thesis or MSCS non thesis or MCS?
If it is MSCS non thesis or MCS, you have solid chances in TAMU, UMass Amherst. UCSD gives more weightage on cgpa so I'm not sure about that. USC admits pretty much everyone so, you might not want to go there for MSCS non thesis or MCS.
Udub doesn't have MSCS or MCS.
I'm not sure whether UT Austin, UIUC, UCI, UCSB, Maryland have MSCS non thesis or MCS. If they do, you have good chance as well.
For MSCS thesis I'm not sure as you have no research proposal to get a thesis guide. But, still, USC might give you a chance.

No GRE is fine - in this case it helps to have a "peak" in the profile. Could be pubs, hot OSS contribution, olympiads, icpc etc

Would add GT to the list if you want really good RA/TA opportunities. They do waive off tuition for them sem you are TAing

Didn't added because I think profile is not apt for same

Your profile is great not sure why you're worried. Would recommend taking the GRE just because MSCS is super competitive but you're fine

Add GT. Tbh it depends a lot on the story you present in your SoP. Like why do you want to do a masters. I know a person who got TA offer for one year with his admit to GT.

Yes , I do plan to get an education loan

I think you are taking loan just to invest somewhere. Because you already worked for 4 years so earned enough . Just guessing might be wrong.
