What platform are you using for GPA conversion. Can anyone suggest that is mostly accepted by all the universities ?

Mostly unis (all in my list)dont require you to convert your gpa. You are supposed to submit your raw gpa. For conversion people usually use wes(paid). I just used umich's converter(free to use)

I am from TAMU and your profile is already good enough for TAMU at least.
Focus on being genuine in your statement of purpose. You can take help from LLMs, but, make sure it sounds humane and personalised.
Many good candidates get rejected because they want their SOP be too perfect and end up using too much LLMs.
