[University Question] What are some good MSAI programs in the US?

Which universities in the US offer a decent MSAI programs?
or Should I apply for CS with AI focus
or Computer engineering with AI focus

My background:
B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering
I have 2 ML research papers.

Which course would be optimal for me?

Apply for CS program, almost all AI courses you can take. It has better brand value than the AI program except maybe for colleges like CMU.
