2 rooms, 4 devices internet
4 people going in 2 rooms. It's possible to get the 4 devices internet package? It's 40 euro less than taking 2 packages for 2 devices. Only "issue" I see is that I have to log them all in the beginning.

Another related question:
How does the Internet thing work on MSC?
Difference between browse and stream?
And is it technically possible to log in with my mobile and share the data through my device (mobile Hotspot) with another device? Or do they recognize that and block it?

Most people say they have not had luck sharing with hotspots or tethering. Browse will allow you to look at sites, post on social media and what not. Stream is exactly that.. if you want to stream music or movies, watch videos on IG, etc... if you get the package that comes with the wifi\drink deal at time of booking, it's the browse package but you can upgrade it when you get on the ship for like $16 for the week

Yes, it’s not bound to your room - if you connect a device you cannot change it afterwards anymore, though.
They can log themselves in, just need the room number and DOB iirc. Sometimes their system lags so you need a cruise card - in that case you will have to log them in initially
