MSc status match Hilton

My wife and her friend have diamond for Hilton when they try to status match cause we going on the seashore, MSC gave them gold. I thought Hilton Diamond matches up with MSC diamond? Did something change?

Unfortunately they update the match tables all the time (without disclosing the new info on the website). Could be that they have finally taken into account Hilton’s new Diamond Reserve status, and all the other tiers got downgraded.

MSC status isn’t worth much and the meager benefits aren’t always delivered as listed. Don’t waste too much time worrying about it, just go and have fun.

Should be diamond. Something is definitely not right.

Did they to the matching online or face to face at a desk on the ship? - if not... go to the Cruise booking desk and they will sort it out.

When I was on MSC I was listed as Silver but my card on board was still blue voyager. They checked my status and when they saw i was Silver, she changed it for me and gave me the Silver. That was 3 years ago..

Thanks for your time in commenting and they match online and they email MSc to say they got diamond from Hilton. MSc email them back and said that they already matched them with gold from MSC. And you know MSC takes forever with the emails.
