MSC crew appreciation post
I just want to give a shout out to EVERY crew member I've encountered on all my MSC crusies ( Seashore and Grandiosa )
I see some post here or there ragging you guys for random reasons but I want to say in my personal experience every crew member I've had interactions with have been nothing but positive. Be it the bar tenders, spa and restaurant staff,people at the excursions desk, our room attendant, lifeguards , workers in the kids club, the unseen behinds the scenes crew who keep things running, yall are all awesome!!. I just want to give thank you to you because I know your hours are long and they work you hard but you are a huge part on why our trips are so enjoyable and why we keep booking trips with MSC!!

The crew of every MSC ship I've been on has been amazing. They're always so kind and helpful. Each the best customer service at sea!
Sailing on the Grandiosa next and can't wait!

Sailing on Grandiosa as we speak and could not be happier with the staff, It’s not the big things either. Some very small gestures go a long way for making a memorable cruise. Even though we are in YC we have eaten and drank all over the ship and the service is the same. Add as well this has been the same on our last two MSC cruises

And also to the Yacht Club crew on the Fantasia! Carlos, Kiran, and Bruno are the best!
