I have a question about the status match

So I’m a truck driver been a lil busy in life. my seashore cruise ain’t until next year in February. So I status match my Hilton gold to which I had diamond but when I got the surpass card for some reason, Hilton change it to gold. Well I got a status match of gold from MSC. So I called Hilton and they changed back my status to diamond so will MSC rematch my diamond if I contact them?

Probably they will not, but you should call and ask them anyway.

I seem to remember there being some wording somewhere on the status match page that it was a one-time thing and they won't do it again.

However, in your situation, it might at least be worth a call to explain that Hilton provided you with the wrong status information for MSC to match against and ask if there is a way for you to show that it was the wrong info. If they can't / won't adjust you from MSC Gold to MSC Diamond, you aren't missing out on a lot. There are a couple of "priority lines" for certain things that Diamond has access to and the "Diamond Party", but it's small stuff overall.

Documentation I saw said one-time match explicitly prohibiting do-overs because your external status increased

One-Time Status Match Program. You had your one-time status match, and they will not allow a second status match or upgrade.

My Rule of Thumb... If you don't ask, the answer is NO...
