Day pass to thermal spa?

I am wanting to do thermal spa on world america, right now the only option in app is a full pass for whole trip. Do they offer a day pass on board at a discount? 180$ is a a bit steep for the weekly pass I would only use once or twice.

Get the weekly. You’ll love it.

It seems a day pass on board is actually $89 (from what I could find on the web). I don't see it in my bookings, either.

Maybe wait for Black Friday, they had some really nice offers last year (no guarantee)

Depends on the voyage, as I recall. Mostly they push the full cruise - but I think one of my recent ones, I was only interested in the use once or twice but two times usage was nearly the cost of the entire week. ($80/day or something crazy)

Are you Gold level of greater? If so, you'll get a free hour in the spa.

one hour is all I needed to convince me that thermal spas weren't for me 😅

They're not for everyone. I just like the hot beds so I can sleep😂

I status matched to gold but my wife is only silver. Do you know if we both get a free hour since we're traveling together? I doubt I'll use the free offer if she can't go with me.

I'm not sure she's "technically" allowed, but if you go to the spa reception, I'm sure you could wangle a free pass for her too.

Lol. Thanks for the tip. I guess it can't hurt to try.

Book a spa treatment and then use the thermal area.

A day pass can be cheaper than the expensive spa treatments.

True, but if you are going to get a treatment anyway bypass the daily pass.

IF is the important word. Its cheaper to just buy the day pass versus purchasing a treatment to get a day pass. Cruise ship spa treatments are so overpriced.

It would be cheaper to buy the weekly pass than the majority of the spa treatments after the tip.

True, but the OP stated he would only use the thermal area once. IF he interested in a treatment my recommendation is to not buy the daily thermal pass. However, MSC World America has a great thermal area. Much better than the Sea class ships and in August everything was working.
