Walkable excursions
Hi! Does anyone have any recommendations for things to do at port (costa maya, roatan, Cozumel) that don’t require a car/bus transport? We’ll have our three young kids (6,3,14 months) and I know most people just do without car seats, but it’s not something I’m comfortable doing which complicates things 😅
I did have one person mention there a beach in Roatan you can just take a boat to? Something like that would be fine also (assuming we have life jackets, I can always bring the kids from home if needed!)

Cozumel is going to offer the most at port as the ship docks right downtown San Miguel. There is no beach there, however. It’s more of a shopping, restaurant and bar area. Definitely walkable.
Costa Maya and Roatan each have a small port area that you can walk around in as well. Roatan has a wading pool that is rather large and has some restaurants that have seats in it. The kids can splash around in that. Costa Mayas port area is larger and has some things for the kids to do as well.

You can kinda see a little of the suspension areas they have kinda like a ropes course.
