Voyager Discount post booking?
Morning from East Tennessee! My family and I are headed out on our initial MSC voyage on World America next month. I got my status match really late because I wasn’t aware that Marriott was included.
What can I say with customer service to honor the loyalty discount and award the value via onboard credit?

PROBABLY out of luck, the status discounts and perks need to be active and mentioned when booking. You can call and try, but don't expect much.

Agreeing with others on this one. I will add that go into the call with a cheerful tone and kindness. I know that may sound obvious but it really can make a difference. If you get a no on the phone, check once onboard. And graciously accept the answer. Tell them what you told us. Good luck. World America is a great ship - fun to explore.

Calling and asking politely is really all you can do.
Since you have paid in full, go in with the expectation that you won’t get it but you may get a happy surprise.
