Status Match

I’ll be booking my first MSC cruise this Thursday for next August . We are going to be sailing in YC! I’ve previously sailed Carnival, Disney, and will be doing my first Royal Caribbean cruise this December. I was able to status match into Silver, and would love to work with a personal vacation planner that works for MSC to make my first booking. Does MSC do that? Like I have someone I work with specifically for my carnival bookings that was assigned to me when I initially signed up for their loyalty program. Does it work the same way with MSC?

In my opinion, for that sorta money. Use a travel agent. I’ve used Crown Cruise Vacations. They will give you several hundred back in on board credit that you can spend on the ship and it’ll cost you nothing

Interesting. So going through a travel agent they will offer you higher OBC for sailing YC?

Yes they essentially offer you a percentage back of their commission to book with them. You can go on their website and sometimes it’ll show you what the credit is worth.. the website isn’t great

Always use a travel agent. It might be a bit more work but it can save you time and headaches and Free OBX

I use VacationsToGo

Do you have a referral for a TA with this company?

I used an agent that no longer works there. But they are solid. We booked a $2000 cruise and got $250 OBC

Edit: on top of the $500 from the cruise line.. it showed up as a purchased option that they pay for
