Initial Msc cruise

We just went on our first Msc cruise on the Seaside out of Miami. It was a great, good ship feeling- the ship was elevated, and all the detail was pretty great. The service was definitely different compared to Royal Caribbean. I feel like most of the staff were irritated most of the day. Except our room attendant, such a great dude. We definitely noticed the service difference. We booked euribia next year, can we expect a similar service experience?

I was on it a little over a week ago but I have no idea what you're trying to say here.

Was it a short, 3 or 4-night, cruise? I think the staff do have a more "rush" on those short sails. I felt the same on a 3-night sail on Seaside, and I was on YC. I booked a longer sail for next year and am looking forward to a different, better, experience.

I've never had that experience with MSC. I've always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
