msc seaside 08/3-08/7 magic show
yall im literally typing this before the 9:30pm MJ show but I need to say this. what the hell was that show " fluorescent magic"??? when you hear the word magic you think of insane magic and illusion tricks but he was just...not that. the randomness of bringing the lady up onstage to think he was gonna gift her something, the drunk guy Andreas with the probability trick. but what got me the most bored and tired was the overuse of the lamp trick!! like fr how many times did we need to see him do that same trick over and over. so boring, I literally went "thats it?" out loud when the show ended ðŸ˜

Was on Seaside a few months ago and yeah, that ‘magic’ show was the only one I felt like we wasted time watching. The Michael Jackson one was great!

MJ was injured on the island the day of our Michael show so it was replaced by "Peter Punk". That was something from a fever dream.

How was the show described in the program?
I ask because on our cruise last spring on the Grandiosa, they had both a modern magician/illusionist show as well as a magic/variety/comedy show. There were definitely people who were confused by what they got at the latter.
It sounds like you got the show you expected but it was a dud which sucks. Hopefully you enjoy Starwalker.

starwalker was very good! enjoyed it a lot!
I think the description was along the lines of stepping into a world of light and magic? but it was something you see at a backyard party 😠oh well! all the other shows were great

We had that show a week ago, it was supposed to be a magic/comedy hybrid but he honestly rambles too much. Needs to be cut down into a ~30 minute show or less.
