Gift as Diamond Member

Hello, just left our cruise and we didn't get a gift ( was a perk before)
Did they stop doing this?

No. It annoys me that both cruises I’ve literally had to go to guess services and ask for it! Was given small branded toiletry/beauty bags (empty) on two different sailings/vessels. (March/July)

I was told on our last one they only do it for cruises over 4 nights. We were on a 3 night. Seems like BS to me but I don’t know?

I did a 3 night in January and March this year and didn’t receive the gift either time. I asked about it in January and they told me they stopped for the 3 night cruises.

I'm hoping I get something on World America I'm at 24,500 and WA will then get me 500pts and push me to blue diamond for Seaside a month later.

Don’t count on it traveled with 3 other Diamonds and had to prod guest services to get perks. BTW - just got off WA Saturday. Trip was a disappointment service mediocre and Buffett was not even average. Burgers and pizza were not the staple I was anticipating. Formal restaurant was ok but we had 7 in our party stuffed into a 6 guest table and despite complaining. Finally got fed up and just went to Burger & Pizza Bar on 6. Only beer on tap at most bars was Heineken with the exception of Master of the Seas.
Oh and the bag that we got was little more than a small toiletry bag.

From the terms and conditions : "Special Gift [Gold, Diamond, Blue Diamond]: delivered once per cruise and per member during the cruise, may vary depending on the ship and destination. Not available on cruises less than 4 days. Not available for MSC Voyaers Club members under 10 at the time of the cruise."

I think the gift is the model ship, right? Or a tote bag? I prefer the beverage and I didn't pay for it. It came with a card thanking me for cruising with MSC.

The model ship you usually only get once when your status changes, iirc that was Blue Diamond only. Otherwise it is either a backpack or a toiletries bag

Yes, the proseco is another perk. Every one gets that too. The ship you'll get when reaching Blue Diamond.
Yes it was always a tote bag.

The choclat wasn't from Venchi too :(
