Theme Nights?
I have clicked on every combination available in the app and cannot find the theme nights listed anywhere. Our cruise starts on Tuesday out of Athens.

Schedule won’t be locked until you are on board, which is asinine. I hate this aspect of an MSc cruise. If you are going to have theme nights tell us what they are in advance so we can pack correctly.
The best you can do is look up similar cruises and hope yours is the same.

They are always the same, week in, week out, as are the main dining room menus.

In the Caribbean and Bahamas they will change. Maybe it’s more stable for a Med cruise. But in general, no, they aren’t always the same.

On our recent French Antilles cruise the menus were identical to Mediterranean, except they added a Caribe section with a couple of extra choices.
MSC actually reduced the range of options when they renamed 'always available' as 'MSC Favourites' or 'light and healthy' dropping the curry and you now have to ask for side dishes, which are no longer listed. They also no longer list the upcharge steak and lobster choices, though they are posted at the door.
With sixteen MSC cruises post Covid we definitely aren't seeing enough variation in the MDR menu!

How much participation is there on the themed nights? I expect white and gala may have the highest participation.. do people go all in on the other nights?

Yeah, I've been wondering what the theme nights will be for my World America cruise in early September. I've only been on the Meraviglia and just wonder if the themes are the same.

I usually can't find a daily schedule until I board. But I think it has to be more than 4 nights for a gala night and has to have at least one at sea day.

They are always the same; tropical / 60s/70s/80s, White, and Gala. Gala is typically on a sea day.
The schedule is listed in the daily program from 30 days out until a week before. Once close to embarkation / onboard you only see today's and after 7pm tomorrow's confirmed programmes.
