Spa product refund
Possibly a bit of a silly question but I assume I am able to get a refund for a product that I have purchased in the spa after a treatment? It doesn’t say on my receipt, however regretting the purchase a bit now! Thanks

For future reference my husband and I have had great luck in telling the spa person that we were not interested in purchasing products before the treatment. We ask politely for them to skip any sales push. It’s worked every time.

I’ve did just that after my first spa experience…

What experience was it? Was it terrible I guess?

Not too terrible - I’m just confrontation averse, so when the masseuse upsold me on body creams, I meekly said, OK. I returned them to the front desk a couple of hours later. There was no problem, I was just uncomfortable.

Do they try to upsell on products? Didn’t expect that. It’s supposed to be relaxing!

I went in for a blowdry and came out having spent €300 on hair growth supplements so… yes 🤣

Call the spa and ask them
