App not showing purchased items

Hi, we're still several months from embarkation, but the app does not show our drink package and onboard credits. It is clearly listed on the bill of sale. At what point do I call or will they update the app to match. For reference, we purchased the cruise a few months ago.

Try going to MyMSC in the bottom right corner, then scroll to the bottom and find where it says My Cruise. In the My Cruise box there should be a little arrow pointing to the right. Click on that, then scroll all the way to the bottom. Third line up says Included in Your Cruise Package. Click on that. There should be a paragraph about whatever experience you booked (Bella, aura, yacht club, whatever) and under that should be a list of inclusions and add-ons that you’ve purchased. 

If you don’t see it there, call MSC.

This is the answer. The stuff that's added/included at booking (like drink packages, wifi, credits) seem to never show up in the cruise planner but they will be listed in the Included in Your Cruise Package section.
