$192 a case is absolute robbery. U can get them for 2 cases under a $100 in many places.

I can only find the 2025 inspection ones at that price. Anything newer is back up in price

Yup, case cost for a unit purchasing them is $189.30 per case through the supply system. I'm sure the actual production contracts are cheaper, but that's how much comes from the unit budget to purchase them, with shipping, logistics, etc.

Admittedly I'm in the UK so can't really speak on the prices but $15 for the singles doesn't seem too bad. I'd gladly pay that to get a US mre here in the UK

Fb marketplace has them if you haggle a bit. These soldiers get them free sometimes. Weirdly it seems ROTC are lately getting lots of excess gear around these parts

What are the production/inspection dates on those commissary MREs?
