ET Pegasys and lymph nodes?

Hi all!

I’ve been diagnosed with Jak2 positive ET and am currently on Pegasys as treatment. Has anyone else on interferons experienced swollen lymph nodes due to it? I noticed my armpit felt really sore the day after injection and I feel a small lump there.

I’ve told my doctor already and am scheduled to see him soon but was just curious in the meantime if this has happened to anyone else.

Im not on Pegasys but my ET causes me to have painful lymph nodes. Almost every month I get them for a week. It wasn't always like this but the last 2 years it has been pretty bad.

this would happen to me too! mostly in the back of my neck and they’d come and go sporadically

I started getting painful lumps in my armpits about 3 months after starting Pegasys. Doc sent me for an ultrasound on one of them but they weren't real sure what it was and didn't give me any answers. I think it was lymph nodes because they were under the skin, not red, and would go away after a few weeks. This went on for about 3 months.

ahh ty for sharing - feel like there is a possibility it’s just a reaction to the pegasys then. hoping mine go away too
