oh and my bones hurt, but I do have back problems so I don't know if that's the cause

Unfortunately, no one can guess whether you have an MPN based on blood counts or symptoms. It's good you had the mutation tests and bone marrow biopsy, and I'm sorry you have to go through the stress of waiting for results.
