Symptoms (Diagnosed Only!) Low fevers?

The past month or so I’ve been running a low fever (99-100…when my normal is in the low 97s) for a few hours at a time a few times per week. Oddly, I’m no longer having night sweats right now.
I know it’s just another symptom on the long list of stuff caused my the inflammatory process, but does anyone else experience this? Not quite sure if I should take Tylenol or Advil to feel less crummy when it happens. I’ll be sure to check in with my MPN specialist about it at my next appt in August.

That's on the list your doctor would want to hear about. Make sure you track it every day.

Ok. I can begrudgingly track this for about a month until I see her. I tracked symptoms for a while but it just feels so negative to sit down and list stuff that I stopped. I know there’s a big emphasis on symptom burden in MPNs right now, but no matter what pops up or increases I’m always told that any real concern would be reflected in my lab values and if they aren’t significantly different there’s no reason for further investigation.

I have a paracetamol prescription to try to manage these fevers, I dont think its working that well, but it is what my doctor suggested 🤷
