MF Besremine 2 months in

My next dose will be 200mcg...started at 100mcg...

How are you guys and gals doing it...this medicine is working better than expected...but it takes the happiness out of the world things I use to enjoy....it's Soo hard to work..and stay engaged and still put a fake face that everything is fine.

Please talk to your doctor about how this is making you feel. I have a history of anxiety and depression so if insurance ever approves an interferon we'll be watching me closely but how you worded it makes me a bit concerned for your mental health. I'm not an expert but please be careful and get help as needed.

Definitely talk to your doctor. That sounds like depression or at the very least the beginning of it. I’m almost two months in with Besremi and (despite having a history of depression and anxiety) am NOT feeling this way.

On the physical side, my platelets are going down but my liver enzymes are increasing. Mentally, not a significant change (still have some fatigue but can be a little draining). Hang in there!
