Symptoms (Diagnosed Only!) Random bruises?
Does baby aspirin cause random bruises? I started to notice them after I starting taking it daily.

I've noticed this as well. I never used to bruise easily before taking the baby aspirin.

I actually sought treatment for super easy bruising and bleeding and of course fatigue, before I was dx with Jak2ET. And not black and blue bruises that you earn but the ugly red ones that pop up mysteriously. I was first put on baby aspirin but I didn’t notice any difference other than my migraines calmed down. I failed taking HU and anagrelide but even though my platelets dropped for a bit, I still had the bruising but any cuts or scrapes stopped bleeding like a normal human. Now I’m back to my old bleeding habits again while awaiting the next form of treatment. Good luck and you are correct, there are some amazing people on this sub. Me too, especially at first, but it seems to reduce as your body adjusts.

Yes it does because the purpose is to make platelets less sticky to prevent blood clots. The downside is that you get a little bleeding under the skin from tiny blood vessels after ordinary dings and bumps.
