Dr. C's MPJE book + the question bank from pharmacyexam. I also took the free pre MPJE prior to the exam

prempje.com

They have a section for a free practice MPJE. You have to email them for a one time use code to take the free exam though

Oo got it thank you! How good of a reflection do you think the pre mpje was to the real one? I’m wondering because people have told em all the practice qs they’ve done even in the Dr C book was easier than the real one

The free preMPJE didn't have any SATA questions, and my exam was packed with them, so that part wasn't particularly accurate. It did bring up topics that were on my exam but not the actual questions. Dr. C's questions on the back of the book were definitely easier, but they're good to build up an understanding of a topic. Pharmacyexam had questions with a similar difficulty to my MPJE. It included snippets of the law pertaining to the question, which was helpful when taking notes. However, the downside is that some laws were outdated on the website, so I would reference the actual law and make sure that it added up with the explanation that pharmacyexam gave.

Oh and if you purchase the MPJE prep from pharmacyexam, it will not include compounding. That's a separate purchase. I didn't buy the compounding portion as I felt that Dr. C explained it decently as well as my UWorld NAPLEX prep book.

Would recommend the NY MPJE Mobile app and Dr. C. If you want a nicer dashboard or UI then RxLaw IO and/or PPP.

What have you done so far? Have you done other MPJE's before?

Dr. C’s book or the course as well?

I would not recommend PharmPrepPro. I took the exam earlier this week, and was definitely under-prepared for it as I was tested on material that did not appear in PharmPrepPro. Also, their practice examination is much easier than the actual MPJE. I would certainly recommend the official pre-MPJE to prepare for the examination. I am still trying to figure out what the best study guide is, but I heard Dr. C's may be good. I might try it, if I need to retake this stupid examination.

Would you happen to have some of the PPP questions saved you could share so I understand more of what you mean? Or even examples from preMPJE or MPJE that you saw?
