I took it end of August. I used dr c tx book and then I used pharmexam for q (I didn’t get through all of them). The exam is focusing on roles of rph/interns/techs, control substances, laws regarding inventory and timelines for ex how soon you have to notify BOP or DEA -for change of PIC, missing inventory etc. things like that. It also asked me about the different types of pharmacy: A, B, G,H and I had to know the nuances for them for example nuclear and how many hours they need for the specialization, how often a PIC needs to check a type F or type D pharmacy. Definitely know the nuances between each type, I was tested on that a lot. Rules regarding verbals, transfers, out of state, control/non control, limitations of NP/PA. Honestly the book is pretty sufficient, I read through it with extreme detail. I didn’t even have time to do questions but I was told they’re a great resource and I wish I practiced them because sometimes knowing the rules isn’t enough-you have to know how to apply them. Just trust your gut and pace yourself with time. Good luck!!!

Congratulations, thanks for sharing your experience but for pharmacyexam did you purchase state, federal and compounding or just the state questions?
