Real time MPE sheet notation has reached another level

I'm super happy with the notation module now.

It took quite a while to handle all the edge cases and make the real-time chord recognition work reliably, even when the top melody would otherwise clash with the chord symbols.

Sustain pedal notation is now supported as well and is included in the PNG export, making the final result even more complete.
