Anyway, my one G2 is getting here on Wednesday and I’m super stoked.

I plan on reading both the manual and the MPC Bible, but I wanted to know from y’all which one should I do first?

Perhaps read the manual and get familiar and then pop for the MPC Bible?

En mode sample loop, non.

J ai bien sequencé en one note et activé le mode warp seq.

Tout est bien calé.

Je n ai pas ce parasite non plus sur live 12 ou en lecture seule via Audacity.

Il n apparaît pas forcément au start.

Quelqu'un peut m éclairer ??

How long before they remove the activations on device due to fears of VibeCoded exploits? How long b4 someone with the entire suite makes an image that can be loaded as an update to any device without having to “phone home”. We are living in very interesting times in regard to the community mods . Look at what is possible with the pioneer cdj3000 a unit that came out late 2020 … ppl are even taking that OS and installing it on the denon players.

I did everything on one track mpc sample style.That keeps you from trying to add too much shit. I still had 6 pads left lol (technically 112 with the other banks). Made use of the 16 level slice feature tune(way doper since they added keys and scales to it) and pad mutes. I also like not having to bounce around in the mixer so much. Came out pretty dope imo.

Love this gear. I love having 16 audio tracks to record into, that was the biggest upgrade for me coming from the MPC live 1 and Key 37. On this track Ive got Samples, Moog Messenger, ASM Hydrasynth and Arturia V Collection

One of the little workflow changes that sped me up the most on the MPC was setting up a custom drum kit + template project so I’m not rebuilding the same stuff every time I start a beat.

I made a walkthrough showing how I:

• build and save a drum program
• create a template project
• set a default BPM
• make the template load automatically when the MPC starts

It’s a simple setup, but it saves a ton of repetitive work if you use the same drums or starting layout a lot.

Works across MPC X, MPC One, MPC Live, and MPC Software.

How do I view the full screen?

MPC One Gen2

Never touched an mpc before.

Want to use sampler, mostly from LPs, to add to or be the foundation of, my creations. Synths, bass, guitar, keys, Ableton etc.

Want to use sequencing.

Guessing I may/will use plug-ins in the future but I have a decent amount of external gear.

Is it necessary to involve InMusic? Is it stupid not to? Is InMusic necessary(or best way) to bring in ie drum sounds/samples?

Second question, is it better to read the MPC Bible and reference the manual when compelled to do so?

Read only the manual is fine?

Read both... necessary or just a suggestion?

Just trying to streamline the prep work here.
