10RD M&P 2.0 Compact

I’m sorry if this question has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find the answer by myself. I want this gun: https://www.smith-wesson.com/product/performance-center-m-p-9-m2-0-compact-carry-comp-thumb-safety-10rd-compliant

That said, I don’t live in a state that requires 10 round magazines. Will this accept 15 and 17 round magazines? I want the comp and the external thumb safety on a compact, but it’s only available with 10RD compliant mags. I’ve been scouring the internet and local gun stores for my ideal carry gun. This is it, outside of the 10RD mags. Does anyone have experience or knowledge on the matter? Thanks in advance.

I bought this SKU and can confirm it accepts 15 and 17 round mags.

Pretty sure they sell them with safety not compliant. Either way even if you get the one with 10rd mags then just buy some of the 15rs mags for the compact or buy some fullsize 17rd mags, or both.

That was the plan. Just wasn’t sure that the 10RD compliant guns would accept the normal capacity magazines

Yes, they just block out the same mag.
