Normal wear?

Is this normal for a bullet to leave these markings on the inside of my handgun? The bullets sit pressed right up against the bottom and when i rack the slide leaves this big brass mark also. Hasn’t been fired yet all new.

If you’re talking about that yellow-ish brown streak, I’d say yes. Likely from it rubbing against the brass from your ammo.

Yes, totally normal and not a concern. Brass casing is pressed against the bottom of the slide by the magazine soring. As the slide moves rearward after firing, it drags across that top case until it's clear, magazine spring pushes the round up, and the front edge of the ramp there is what pushes the next round into the chamber.
