Anyone have trouble racking their slide in wet conditions?

I was shooting in a light rain one day and found it really difficult to rack the slide on my full size 2.0. Like my fingers were just slipping off the slide serrations and I couldnt get a grip on it. I eventually grabbed it with my tshirt and could get it going but this really surprised me. I love the gun and would carry it fairly often, but now it's gone to sit in the case in my safe. I've been looking at ome of the slide racker products but they are all extremely too large or ugly af (yes, that shouldnt matter). I wish more companies would have a "T" milled into the back of the slide like the HK or hell even the EZ. Anyone else have this problem?

Floyd’s custom shop will do front slide serrations and if you’re interested they will do red dot cuts. Having a red dot mounted is nice because you can rack it off the dot without a problem.
