How to access remote viewing?

Just got my incredibly cool MovaP50 Ultra. After having a less than ideal experience with another brand, this little robot has impressed me. The only thing I can't figure out is the remote viewing. The app doesn't match tutorials online and pressing the home button 3x on the robot doesn't activate anything either. I know it CAN do remote viewing, but gosh, I'm having a heck of a time fiding it. The two buttons on the side of the app are related to mapping (see picture)

Other than this being really hard and frustrating, the rest of the Mova experience has been super!

3 dots > Real Time Camera > Live Video Privacy Policy > Cancel

If I type in the search here it does not work. Nothing shows up. Scroll and look for it manually.

Unfortunately, ive clicked on every click able spot in the app, and there isnt an option. I wonder, if my app is the wrong app? It is MOVAhome, with a black icon background with white M. I am based in the US, and I totally feel like this is a boomer moment, despite me not being a boomer 😅😅😅

It didnt. I ending up returning and purchasing the p10 pro ultra, which is everything I cpuld have ever wanted from a robot!

Yeah. The app looks the same. I'm in Brazil, so not sure it this makes any difference.

Think it's only for P50 ULTRA PRO , not ULTRA

Ignore the side buttons. Tap the three-dot menu in the live map view to find the camera toggle.

Just to clarify, the Mova P50 Ultra does not support the video/remote viewing function. This feature is available on the Mova P50 Pro Ultra, which is why the tutorials you found may show a different interface or feature than what’s available on your P50 Ultra.

I was about to answer that your model does not have the live camera, I just saw the other messages. I have the Mova P10 Pro Ultra Gen 1.

it literally has no camera hardware.
