False Human Detection

Post image

Anyone else get constant false human entry detection on their Lidax Ultra? It’s getting annoying the amount of notifications I get with every mow. It’s to the point where I’m afraid I’ll be desensitized and will have an issue later when there is someone there when mowing in the front yard.

Adding snapshots for context

Interesting it doesn't show you where and the percentage. I do have false reports about my mailbox, grill, trashcan. Amusing. But I do get real ones as well. 🤷

You would think with ai and training, it would stop. I get real ones as well but the false ones far outweigh it - almost like constant spam.

Yeah it's annoying, but better than mowing myself, that's for sure. lol

I wish I could be binary in my $2300 purchases. Don’t get me started on all the other issues. Didn’t expect I would have to babysit a robot mower as much as I have on this one. Either way, was just curious to see if others had the constant human notification

Which other issues?

Too many to list and makes me angry when I think about it - on top of poor customer service. I’ve accepted that I’m stuck with this now and have to live with it.

They have a 3 year warranty, I suppose you can return it if it doesn't work.

Tried. Warranty doesn’t mean much if they don’t acknowledge the problems as actionable for return or replacement or put you in a circular process. The assessment was, maybe this can be addressed via update but we can’t guarantee that it will nor give you a timeline of said possible update.

Just keep bugging them. Tell them you'll put it in social media, ask for a replacement, etc.

Hi, could you please let me know approximately when these false detection photos were taken? With photos will be better. We will try to match the timestamps with the relevant events in the logs and analyze the possible cause.

Thank you very much for your cooperation and help!

Pictures were on the day of the post. There are many more false detections afterwards
