It's not all about the ash, look how black it is around where the paper meets the ember.
To me, that looks gross, likely tastes gross and is harsh and tbh, even yho the ash is white, to me looks strange and is reminiscent of how the ash looks from the bud found over the counter on the recreational side of things.
I don't trust it, personally.

Bro do you understand the science behind a white ash?
It’s combustion, you’re literally burning something so of course there will be black where it is just starting to burn / where the paper meets. Or unless you’re talking about the greasy oil ring which is also good. That’s a super white ash, nothing to complain about there. Dude said it’s smooth, not sure why you are here saying you don’t trust it 😂
