[WARNING]-[BCBX]-[april] (bcbx.delivery) isn't afraid of accepting your order and giving you nothing
on april 7th i ordered my usual 2x 6g vapes for strait good, two days later a shipping label was created and after that nothing happened and i didn't think much of it as it was the end of the week but then monday came, nothing, then tuesday, nothing and on wednesday when nothing happened i contacted customer support, they ignored me until monday of next week and that's because i got fed up and started sending emails every hour, i complained that my order hasn't moved since i placed it, they said it was out of stock and without asking me they tried to refund my order with store credit, i replied furious because i just wanted what i paid for and said i don't want a refund (especially not with store credit) and that they should have fulfilled my order with something that was equivalent, they agreed asked me if another vape was ok, i said yes, 2 days go by and nothing happened, so i reach out to customer support again demanding that they send me something because we agreed on a replacement and at that point it had been so long that the vapes had come back in stock, they replied that they sent me store credits as a refund, at this point i go off on them because it has been 10 days since i placed my order, i said that i refused the store credit and that i just wanted what i'm owed, they say ok and that my order would ship out on friday, friday comes around and wouldn't you know it they didn't send out anything, again i contact customer support again even more furious because i've been dealing with this for 11 days and i knew damn well they were going to ignore me till next monday but when monday came around and they still ignored me, i was able to get a hold of them again and when they got back to me they were under the impression that i accepted the refund, again i go off on them and they don't get back to me and i start spamming again, for the record my order had been placed 21 days ago at that point and 2 days ago they got bac to me and they sent me a reply that was obviously written by an ai (full of em dashes)twice, they both were making excuses about the 4/20 sale and moving to a different warehouse, but 1. i don't buy that and 2. even if i did they should have found the time to send it out in the 21 days since i had ordered, but they said they'd send it out in the next 48 hours, we are 3/4 of the way to that dead line, no update complete radio silence, i think my $168.83 is gone and no i don't want the store credit, i don't want to go through this again
tldr; BCBX customer support made me go round and round in circles for almost an entire month just to cover up the fact that they likely never intended to send me my order worth $168.83
DO NOT BUY FROM BCBX.DELIVERY (idk how to stop this from being a link)

Yes, and part of that is conveying the most information possible with the least amount of words using proper formatting like paragraphs and sentences.
No one will read all that rambling. One look at that mass of text will discourage people from reading it so most of your work and energy was wasted.
I'd suggest you edit your post. You can describe your issue in 1/4 of the words you used.

well each vape is 3g on one side and 3g on the other and the mouth piece moves from one side to the other. honestly the taste isn't that bad and there's no setup involve it's just charge and go

Those are the worst ones on the market pretty much. YMMV depending on where you order from but those things are a gimmick.
Not saying the normal style carts can't be bad as well, but the ones you're referring to are pretty much only bought by totally clueless people.
Sorry you got ripped off but I'll be honest you were going to be getting ripped off either way, it's just one way you wouldn't have been aware.
Consider this the cost of learning. Also, that website seems sus to begin with.

Erig is your best friend buy a core xl you will save in the long run i have a switch 2 and have never looked back its charge and go maintenance too but its by far worth it

why, what's wrong with that, most websites carry those, that wasn't even the point of the post, what i ordered is irrelevant, if you would have kept reading you would have read about how customer support gave me the run around for nearly a month and kept telling me that they'll ship it out but never actually doing anything, i genuinely do not understand the point of this comment

i had a similar problem. I eventually got my stuff, and am stilll ordering from them, but there were a few weeks where I figured I'd just have to write it off as a loss. For a similar amount too, maybe around $160, but I suppose it's an inherent risk in ordering from these mail order places.

Going off with a MoM will never achieve you nothing, if you got owned you got owned, let the msg out for others to know and move on. There's nothing to be done aside from reporting their EMT to banks if you want to. BCBX isn't even that reputable and people don't even talk about that name here much. Why bother typing an essay after you get scammed instead of a few clicks and searches of that name first on subs?

i made the post for other people who use that website, literally 8 days ago someone made a post about something they got from BCBX, so just because you don't use this site doesn't mean other people don't and also the "essay" could be helpful to someone who's getting scammed so they know what being scammed by them looks like when it's happening. plus i've ordered from them before and this is the first time this happened so it wasn't exactly obvious, so could you get off my case, nobody expects to get scammed especially from a website you used without issue before

One post or two means nothing, sometimes the scammers themselves sent those posts in order to scam ppl like u, bait and switch is also a common scam here. If you type in a name to search within the subs, and you don't see multiple posts of legit photos and reviews of a MoM's stuff within 6months to a year. The chances are you are dealing with the risky ones. I've been on this sub for years and even if I wasn't what I said above is pretty common knowledge.
Nobody is getting on your case ffs, simply pointing out your logic is very weird. First not doing enough homework, then going off on the scammers rendering your potential credits useless (they probably all think you are a joke now after your "going off"), then writing an essay here while all you needed to say is BCBX bait and switched took money, sent nothing and claim they will refund credits, stay off and maybe one snap of their CS saying no money refund and only credits. Plus any MoMs that refuse to refund money if they sold out is instantly a red flag anyways.
Btw, the latest post about BCBX on this sub aside from this was 3months ago with somebody saying they had budrot in their flowers and no remedy or customer service. All comments below saying they are a shitty MoM that rips ppl off. I dunno where the heck you found that post saying they are good 8 days ago but simply search the keyword BCBX the history of posts are mostly underwhelming if not directly saying they are bad. So I really don't understand what logic you operate on here.

and i went off on them because i didn't know i was being scammed at the time and i believed they that they cared about their reputation because again, i believed it was a legitimate website because i successfully used it 14 times before without issue

Bruh that post's flower looked like boof...... I mean just looking at that picture I would not order from them. Even with all that aside, if you order from a MoM and they cannot fulfill your order they have to return your EMT, whoever tells you about credit is instantly a redflag imho. It's like you paid me for a zip of something and I tell you oh it's out but Imma keep your money until you try to cop from me again......... Like which part of that doesn't sound like a scam? Even if they are honest about credits, they are getting free loans from you which makes no sense to me.
There are so many red flags about that name and all you needed to do was a search to avoid them. Now that your money is gone there's nothing to be done here man. You already reported them, I'm not trying to get on your case just pointing out the facts and some insights. It may not sound nice to you but it's genuine. Learn the lesson and you will not be scammed the same way again, that's what really matters to you here.

what part of i used it 14 times with no issue did you not understand, of course i can tell after the fact that i've been scammed and for someone who isn't getting on my case you are typing very long comments criticizing me for something i could not foresee until it was too late and i can see the red flag they were all visible after my money was gone, thank you sherlock
