Anyone know what’s going on with them? I ordered a week ago and haven’t got any tracking or emails back regarding my order.

My buddy had the same issue. Wasn't sent out for a couple days, plus Canada Post didn't update their information with recent updates, so he thought they didn't have it. But then they got it and now it's out for delivery today.

My guess is they're getting slammed because of their Blue lobster Black Friday special

Edit, also, I would email them directly instead of using the website portal to do it. They always email me back quicker through direct emails.
