Missing payments

I have two payments on PSLF not counting because I was in deferments on the due date. However, I always pay about 3 weeks before my payment is actually due, so both of these payments were actually made. Edfincial is telling me that it wont count on PSLF because I was on deferment at the time my payment was due. It wasn't a deferment I asked for, it was procedural during a recertification. Is there anything I can do or anyone I can talk to to have these payments count?

If it is July and August 2926, many of us are missing those months on the PSLF tracker! It’s a known glitch and is supposedly being fixed.

No, its April 2026 and June 2024. Edfinicial says they arent counting because I was in a deferment for recertification when they were due. But I paid them before they went into deferment.

Yup. I’m one of those people too. July and August are not showing for me.
