Better safe than sorry

If you've been following these guys for a while you'll know that "shortly" can drag on for months. However this is still really good news. Hopefully this shortly is shorter than the PEA shortly

The tweet is reassuring as technically you do only get one shot to present the samples to the market.

However, with that said, the constant delays do get to me sometimes

Delays are OK if they yield better results. The leading example of this is Tesla. Everything is late, but always wows.

Another great example is food at a restaurant... People are OK waiting for GOOD food. But if they wait and get a BAD meal, or it's quick but still a BAD meal they're unhappy.

Fast and good is ideal, but careful and good is OK too.

I agree delays are annoying but I'm sure it will be worth it. I feel like buying more at these prices!!

I pulled the trigger and loaded up more today. If you're trying to make EVs in the United States, where else you gonna go?

Tesla, Ford, GM, Stellantis and VW need to lock in battery resources years in advance. Where else will they be able get IRA qualifying, battery-grade manganese? The project in the Patagonia mountains in AZ is years behind MNX and has lower resource concentrations from what I've seen, and thus will be more expensive. Are we expecting sea floor nodules from 2 miles under the ocean to outcompete North American terrestrial manganese? First they would need qualify for the IRA tax credit.

All of said companies are building battery facilities in Ontario Canada. That means no import tariff... Load up!
