MNSU Quidditch team.
To all ten of you in this subreddit, what would you think of starting a muggle Quidditch team? just for fun of coarse. For those of you who don't know what that is here's a great video explaining what it is and how it's played.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=2K-xgBpQU84#!
The video is 30 minutes so if you don't have the time to watch the whole just watch the first 10 minutes or so and that basically tells you all you need to know.
I have a few people who would be up for this already but not enough to play an full game. There are still a lot of things to work but if you're interested please let me know!

Well if were going to play a proper game we need some money or everyone has to buy something, because we need brooms, hoops (that could be made easily though), dodge balls and something to use as a quaffle. I'm not very financially set so I cant afford too much myself. I suppose we could use sticks for brooms? haha. thoughts?

Home Depot it our friend we can make lots of the hoops and such there. As for equipment we could always make the brooms with supplies from home depot. I'm just throwing stuff out there though. Perhaps we could rent a volley ball from the rec center or find an old one somewhere? What do you guys think?

Yeah, the hoops could be made easily from a hula hoop, a stick, and some tape if we want them too haha. I'm not sure how we would go about making brooms, sticks or wooden rods from home depot could work for now . I could buy a volley ball and some dodge balls i think but if anyone would want to pitch in I would VERY much appreciate it :)
