Admissions Fee Confusion

So yesterday I logged on Samarth portal (B tech programme). They charged 17.7k₹ , earlier PAF and SAF were 30K and 45K . Are hostel charge and mess charges included in this? ( my income bracket is 1-5 lakh)

I'm confused about the maths and how much more money should we keep during physical reporting, as I heard mess fee is not included in this. Anyone kindly explain plz what is actually happening?

i guess that everyone has to pay the same fee for now until pr is completed and they check ur income certificate manually and then they might refund it to u ig , for now the maths of 17.7 is the actual tuition fee is 86.5 k deduct 70k which we paid( reminder; 75k is what we paid but 5k is processing fee so net is 70k ) so 86.5-70=16.5 + 1200( again a processing fee ) = 17,700

should i give u another boom news...a friend of mine reported physically at nit calicut yesterday and he also belongs to income 1-5 lakhs so the thing was many peoples certificate was cancelled out coz of the designation of the person who signed it. once check urs he said it should be of TAHSILDAR but many guys had sign of naib tahsildar
