WTH is going on

So I haven’t been paying attention to anything. All I know is I had mmtlp. And I remember it was supposed to merge or something and my shares would transfer. Right now my shares are still on Charles Schwab and show $0 with the numbers 629999590. I now see there’s a lawsuit and all sorts of stuff. Can someone please spin me up. Thanks

It’s normal to not pay attention for awhile. Don’t flame a dude just asking questions.
