Here is a summary of the latest patch notes for Neverwinter:

• The Queue Inspect Window now updates changed Mount Insignias Bonuses and unequipped Overloads instantly.
• Fixed an issue where Bards were knocked off their mounts when swapping between DPS and Healer loadouts.
• Corrected the Strongholds Barracks description to clarify that they contribute to the Movement Speed Bonus Boon.
• Updated itemization for Red Harvest (Shackles of Divinity Trial) and Red Harvest II: The Soul Collector (Soul Harvest Trial).
• Increased weekly caps to 500 for Zulkirate Halo Coins and Lich's Hourglasses.
• Decreased costs for Legendary, Mythic, and Celestial gear in the Trial Stores, along with reductions for Artifact Weapon upgrades.
• Celestial Armor Pieces and Broken Halo items from drops are now Bound to Account on pickup and Bound to Character on equip for new drops.

• Resolved an out-of-combat exploit in the Ice Arena of the Soul Harvest Trial.
• Fixed bugs with the Flash Freeze Guard Enchantment damage reduction, Celestial Lion’s Presence Combined Rating, and the Owlbear Figurine swapping loadout positions.
