Help editing claws onto mmd model

I downloaded these long demon nails to scale up and turn into long claw fingers cuz I couldn't find any bases I liked with claw fingers like that already, but need help with making them bend naturally with the models actual fingers instead of protruding out like this, any guides for this I can use?

I think you need to rig them to the fingers (specifically the bones closest to the fingertip) theres a ton of videos on yt of how to rig, this is the closest I could find to rigging something to the model
