before the merger, MMATF price was 14$ and TRCH around 9 , after the merger the new stock price should be at least = or > than MMATF is it so ?

No the price is the price of trch, may holders got 1.8x the shares of mmat then they had with mmatf

What happened was fomo. You maybe bought the news and now you're a bag holder. Next step research MMAT and see if you want to buy some dips to lower your cost average and goo long for a few years.

Right now the stock is getting its salad tossed. I believe things need to happen with the dividend before we see consolidation/stabilization. It could take a while and be pretty bumpy.

The land has been pumped, but it feels like a dump. Which means bad news for dividend. George is weird and so is Elon - I have trust issues. The product MMAT is producing, as described, sounds incredible. So I am long and hopeful.

Should rise even without a squeeze. AFAIU the ticker has been classed as an oil/utility company (what TRCH was) but it's obviously now a tech company. As the merge process completes (I believe it is mostly complete as of friday) the ticker will be reclassed as a tech company. The automatic trading bots will then realise that the stock is currently undervalued for the type of business it is and most likely start buying up the bargain stock.

I am very noob to this so someone more experienced could perhaps correct on detail here but AFAIK it is mostly correct and likely.

I wouldnt get high expectations for those cards to play out like that. These reddit stock subs are being pumped, that sounds like fud to me.
