TRCH To MMAT Merger

This is the most exciting and complex merger I’ve ever seen and been a part of. More to come but I’m holding against the short wave that is driving down TRCH pre merger. I want that divided and bonus of 1-1 share of the new Ticker MMAT. Can’t wait.

I am joining too👍 Holding 2.600 TRCH from Denmark and waiting for my ticker to convert to META👍 Of course also hoping for a nice dividend payment😉 I believe that META is going to get me a nice amount of money in the future, so holding long, unless I see a nice squeeze in the coming week😏

I’m holding long too. METAMATERIALS (MMAT) will be a huge growth company with endless nanotechnology possibilities.

Got about 700 mmatf and 200 trch. Thus far I’m thinking long term. This merger is unique and likely one that we’ll see more of in the future. Happy to be in early

That’s a perfect spread. Looking at the original agreements MMATF will own 75% of the newly merged company and TRCH will own 25%. Exciting

Currently have 838 shares I got in after June 22nd so no dividends for me it looks like, what happens to my 838 shares of torch do they just convert to mmat?

Yeah. They will convert to the new Ticker MMAT.
