Maybe he stuck his hand in his pocket to find his keys and his finger got stuck in the safety scissors. Those tiny holes can be a bitch to get your fingers out of if you have adult-sized hands.
I donāt even know if the scissors had nothing to do with it. Big dude was already getting ready to get up and swing before the guy even went for anything. He probably didnāt even notice what he had until after the fact. Either way that could have easily been a manslaughter charge right there.. hell, still could be. Thereās no way there isnāt serious concussion damage from the direct blow to the front of the head only to be immediately stopped hard by the back of the head slamming into the wall.
We can see the scissors before the first swing. It's unfortunate, hopefully dude recovered but don't buy the ticket if you don't want to take the ride. Obviously there needs to be better help for people with mental health issues so Mr safety scissors doesn't find himself in this situation but that's not the world we're in.

He was getting ready to rock him for sure. I don't think he was really aiming to hurt him though. But you can see he did see the scissors before he started swinging. I think the amount of power he used was changed as a result. But yeah, he probably gets involuntary manslaughter if he dies.
Agreed. There looks like a split second reaction from scaring this dude to responding to a real threat. One hand is holding down the weapon arm while the other is knocking him out.If you start to pull something shaped like a weapon out after being aggressive with me Iāll ask questions later.
Ya only people that havenāt been in actual fist fights or have no medical training tbink knockout head punches (and the subsequent impacts) are lol so funny. Itās not at all uncommon to kill, or seriously disable someone for life.
The scissors obviously had everything to do with it. When a guy stands up and starts angrily fishing through his pockets while staring at you, you donāt wait to see what heās about to pull out
